As a busy mom, I don't need to check and give my both kids different salts - all is in one! Being new to cell salts, I assumed general deficiency, so tried the general option as a base, dispensing the tiny pills into a thimble-sized shot glass for the day, in full view so as not to forget. After taking them consistently for a month, I can report general improvement in calm wellbeing, and will return to add a couple of specifics I've looked up since. Recommend highly. It's hard to tell with homeopathic products. Seems fine but results are subtle or take a while.
I love the ease of keeping on top of taking cell salts by having the combination instead of having multiple bottles of individual salts for maintenance.

I havent finished the bottle yet, but I dont think I can point to anything substantial that has changed. I bought and use this similar to a multivitamin. It is very low-risk and has centuries of evidence supporting it. I plan on taking this for the foreseeable future.

I am pleasantly surprised by this little gem. It has helped with headaches better than anything else I've tried. I am allergic to most pharmaceutical painkillers (ibuprofen and the like) and have tried more natural products and this one honestly seems to work the best. I will eventually look into the more individualized cell salts but for now, this is super helpful. I hope to always keep it in my cabinet of natural solutions.
I really like Jackson's cell salts. The lactose free pellets are great because I am dairy free. Silica, in particular, helps me with digestion, and joint pains. I have also noticed that my hair and nails are growing quite quickly. I am not deducting any stars for this, as I am reviewing the product, but the dispensing does leave something to be desired. You have to take the time to get just 4 pellets out of the bottle, because most of the time, many pellets pour into the lid and you have to play 'let's get back them in the bottle''.
