As a busy mom, I don't need to check and give my both kids different salts - all is in one! I love that it helps them be healthy and I have noticed my son's new teeth are looking good and growing faster. I have good blood results on my minerals as well. Kids are asking every day for the salts pellets and previously we had some difficulties with drinking all that salts every morning because of the flavor. This product tastes sweet. For 3 people that pellets will last for about 2 months.

It's hard to tell with homeopathic products. Seems fine but results are subtle or take a while.
Being new to cell salts, I assumed general deficiency, so tried the general option as a base, dispensing the tiny pills into a thimble-sized shot glass for the day, in full view so as not to forget. After taking them consistently for a month, I can report general improvement in calm wellbeing, and will return to add a couple of specifics I've looked up since. Recommend highly.
