I havent finished the bottle yet, but I dont think I can point to anything substantial that has changed. I bought and use this similar to a multivitamin. It is very low-risk and has centuries of evidence supporting it. I plan on taking this for the foreseeable future.

I really like Jackson's cell salts. The lactose free pellets are great because I am dairy free. Silica, in particular, helps me with digestion, and joint pains. I have also noticed that my hair and nails are growing quite quickly. I am not deducting any stars for this, as I am reviewing the product, but the dispensing does leave something to be desired. You have to take the time to get just 4 pellets out of the bottle, because most of the time, many pellets pour into the lid and you have to play 'let's get back them in the bottle''.
I am vegan and this has helped keep my iron levels in the normal range.

I really love Jackson's Cell Salts. I've used other brands and I like the fact that Jackson's offers lactose free pellets. I like the bottle quantity and the prices are very reasonable. Shipping is timely and products are always in good condition when they arrive. I've been a customer for a few years now and will continue.
I am pleasantly surprised by this little gem. It has helped with headaches better than anything else I've tried. I am allergic to most pharmaceutical painkillers (ibuprofen and the like) and have tried more natural products and this one honestly seems to work the best. I will eventually look into the more individualized cell salts but for now, this is super helpful. I hope to always keep it in my cabinet of natural solutions.

I have been using Jackson Cell Salts for several months. I use it if I wake in the night and feel I’m not going to easily fall asleep. I take 10 or 12 drops and I easily fall back to sleep.
