We are not able to ship to the following countries at this time: Bahrain, Belarus, Iran, Iraq, Japan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Russia, Sudan.

Processing times
- Within 24 hours of receiving order on regular business days (Monday - Friday).
- It can take our shipping carrier 1-2 days to receive your shipment and provide tracking updates.
- Shipping times quoted in checkout is not a guaranteed delivery standard. FedEx, USPS, Canada Post have removed their delivery guarantees. We cannot guarantee the delivery time of your parcel. In general, shipping times have been normal and on-time.
*Most remote locations are locations that Canada Post refers to as "Air Stage Locations" - locations where mail must be airlifted more than 6 months of the year. See here for a full list of postal codes not eligible for free shipping. Shipments to these locations qualify for additional shipping charges. Customers will always be contacted before charges are applied.
