Jackson’s Cell Salt #8 Mag Phos (Magnesia phosphorica) 6X is a certified vegan, lactose-free homeopathic remedy. “HPUS” indicates that the ingredient is officially monographed in the Homeopathic Pharmacopeia of the United States. Lactose is not used during trituration or preparation.

I take #8 Mag phos 6x to combat leg cramps, especially at night. I appreciate that Jackson's has a lactose-free formula as I do have a lactose intolerance. I like the size and the pellets easily dissolve sublingually.

Healing from foot surgery

I was looking for something to help me heal from foot surgery and I thought I would just give this a try not really sure if it’s helping but it sounds like I’ll be back to dancing before December so hopefully this did help out because my doctor said it wouldn’t be until November or December before I could dance now it’s possibly October so I’m thankful for that. After two months of being on a knee scooter, I am now walking on my own without crutches, knee scooter, or walker.

I'm on a keto diet and it can be tricky to get enough potassium. I wondered if the muscle cramps in my legs were from this, but to find a good potassium supplement is difficult. So when my doctor recommended I get ALL my minerals from cell salts, I was intrigued. He suggested I ditch my large horse pills of calcium and magnesium and replace them with calcium and magnesium cells salts, along with a potassium cell salt. Very beneficial, simple, easy to use, and effective.

I first came across Jackson's cell salts a couple years and have been using them for a year and 1/2 now. They absolutely make a difference, and I can tell when I forget to take them. I've been doing labor work for a while now, and at my age, it's getting more and more difficult. These, along with a clean electrolyte solution help me to get through the hard days. They also contribute to better recovery on the weekends. Additionally, I sometimes suffer from leg cramps and/or headaches, and the cell salts have a positive effect on both, along with sufficient hydration. I can highly recommend them based on my experience.

Great results

As a busy mom, I don't need to check and give my both kids different salts - all is in one! I love that it helps them be healthy and I have noticed my son's new teeth are looking good and growing faster. I have good blood results on my minerals as well. Kids are asking every day for the salts pellets and previously we had some difficulties with drinking all that salts every morning because of the flavor. This product tastes sweet.
