Did not know what to expect with the cell salts. I learned about them from a podcast, and researched Jackson's, as I preferred the glass bottles. I am in the midst of early menopause at 48, and have been struggling with some symptoms, mainly poor sleep and insomnia. After three days of using the salts, my sleep improved dramatically, and I have been so happy, having much more energy and most nights I sleep deeply! I will continue using these salts for hopefully other benefits I may not be aware of, and will recommend this product to others.

We use these (along with #2) to remineralize my daughter's teeth (cavities and/or sensitivities ). 2 pellets of each, under the tongue, after each brushing for 6 months + use a Hydroxyapatite toothpaste. Be patient. It takes time to heal.

I started taking this salt because I was experiencing swollen glands for a prolonged period of time. I did not have any other symptoms but it was really uncomfortable and painful at times. I took Kali Mur salts 3x per day for about 5 days and the swollen glands completely went away and have not returned. I also took this salt at the first day of the start of a cold (congestion, post nasal drip) and the symptoms completely dissipated by the second day. I love these salts!!
