I used them extensively in the last year preparing for hip replacement surgery and am using the post surgery to aid in healing, pain relief, inflammation, detox from medicine/anesthetic and over all health. We also use the 5 in 1 phosphates. Good company to deal with. Easy to use, lots of books available on how to safely use them.

This is the only thing that helps calm my arrhythmia. I never thought it was possible - doctors said I would have this for life. But I don't. !! When I forget to take them for a few days, my heart starts an irregular beating. When I go back on this, it quiets and beats normally. I never thought I'd find anything that would change this and I don't want to be on heart meds. I love this cell salt so much for all it does for me.

A few weeks ago I banged my thumb, I used arnica for the bruising and accumulated blood under the nail has moved very fast towards the end of my nail compared to the last time this happened. So grateful that this will be dissipating sooner than later
Also, at yoga on Friday, we did an exercise that opened up the thoracic cage, and Friday night I could feel all the attention between my shoulder blades. I am a waitress I was worried about my shift on Saturday night. So I looked up in the book and the best that I could take was Bellis Perennis. I woke up Saturday morning with no pain and had a good shift last night. I took another granule last night and I am feeling quite good today as well.
