We use #9 and #5 to replenish electrolytes. I put them in the person's water and they get some with every little sip.

Awesome product. I’m not one to take supplements of any kind as I feel they are no different than the allopathic drugs being heavily processed from petro chemicals that keep us in a constant state of fear and reliance. These cell salts on the other hand are something special in comparison. After only one month I’ve noticed a significant change in my energy levels, nail strength and minor shifts in stuck like injuries from a MVA. Excited to see what else starts to shift as time goes on.
