Jackson’s 5 in 1 Phosphates Cell Salt Combination is a certified vegan, lactose-free homeopathic remedy containing all five phosphate cell salts at a 6X homeopathic potency. Both me and my wife take these daily to help with cramps. It works I recommend the product. Make sure you shake the bottle and don't touch the salts pour into the cap and then into your mouth or hand but never dump them in your hand and try to replace the extra. Do your research stuff works.

As a busy mom, I don't need to check and give my both kids different salts - all is in one!
