These sucrose pellets melt faster in the mouth that typical lactose ones, which is a good thing when you are expected to take more pellets of lower potency (6x) at once.
They also work as expected for me and I can confidently say that they are of good quality. I am happy that I found these at Jackson's that have no additives or fillers such as magnesium stearate. Happy to support this business too. Thanks!
