Cell Salts and Women’s Health

(This article is for information purposes only. It is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It's International Women's Day this month and it made us think about which cell salts are associated with various female symptoms. To dig deeper, we perused the cell salt books by Lennon & Rolfe, David R. Card, and Prashant S. Shahto to see what they had on the subject.

Overall, one book indicated that #1 Calc fluor and #2 Calc phos are the cell salts for generic female problems. That might be a bit too generic. We’ll see that there rarely is an agreed upon cell salt for a singular condition and there are usually several cell salts for each type of issue. Therefore, there are any number of ways to approach what cell salts to use in each situation, and a good book can give you more of the nitty gritty details that help distinguish between the symptom subtleties that may indicate one salt over another.

Regardless, let’s check out the various stages of womanhood and the potential conditions at each stage. Keep in mind that some of the symptoms listed in one phase may be experienced in others.
