Directions for use
Use cap to dispense pellets. Allow to dissolve in mouth 1-3 times per day or as instructed by a health practitioner.
Adults and adolescents 12 and over: 4 pellets per dose
Children 1-12 years: 2 pellets per dose. Dissolve dose in a small amount of water before administration to children under 5.

Jacksons Naturals are hands down the best tissue salts on the market. I like that they're only mixed with beet juice and they melt in your mouth. We really like this product for the kiddos, as it's a "one shot deal"! We have seen many improvements from fewer belly troubles to brighter teeth and more. My only wish is that there was an "11 in 1" option without the silica, so that I could use it too (have internal metal plates/screws and fillings I don't want to push out)!
