Buying the 12 cell salt kit is the best way to introduce yourself to this simple and effective modality. I bought a couple of the guides too and am using the cell salts already to help heal my feet after unknowingly walking into poison ivy and suffering 2nd degree chemical burns. I was so pleased to discover Anti-Ageing Tissue Salts. Although all of the half dozen books on cell salts that I own provide generally good descriptions of the benefits of the 12 cell salts, only Margaret Roberts' book suggests actual dosage amounts for ailments . She references tablets made by a company where she lived in South Africa. I translate that 1 tablet is equal to 2 of Jackson's pellets. Her suggested remedies, teas, etc., have been served me well. Her index of ailments in the back of the book is simply the best. I highly recommend this book to anyone interested in homeopathic remedies.

Really like this book. It feels more 'real life' than others, in that when in the thick of things....you may want to focus on your treatment salts. The ailment chart at the back that notes the cell salt number is such a lovely quick reference.

I take #8 Mag phos 6x to combat leg cramps, especially at night. I appreciate that Jackson's has a lactose-free formula as I do have a lactose intolerance. I like the size and the pellets easily dissolve sublingually.
