I’m not sure if I can tell any difference. But I’m going to keep taking it.

Both me and my wife take these daily to help with cramps. It works I recommend the product. Make sure you shake the bottle and don't touch the salts pour into the cap and then into your mouth or hand but never dump them in your hand and try to replace the extra. Do your research stuff works.
