Our pellets are very small. Each amber glass bottle of Jackson’s Cell Salts contains at least 500 pellets and has 20-22g of pellets per bottle. Doing the math, that means each pellet contains approximately 40-44mg of sugar. How small is that? It's 1/105 of a teaspoon of sugar (4.2g).⁠ ⁠

Short answer: The ideal would be to take one cell salt at a time but it is safe to combine and take multiple. Long answer: We recommend one at a time so it’s easier for you to assess its results and so you can be more sure of what is helping and what is not.
